The contract is initially for three months with potential extension, focusing on managing vital project documentation throughout the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves managing the document control system, ensuring accurate tracking, registration, and distribution of all project documents. - Skills in document submission coordination, technical submittals, transmittals, and drawing revision control.
- Familiarity with as-built and handover documentation preparation.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is more than a document keeper—you will be integral in ensuring seamless flow of project information among engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC teams, vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and the client.
