Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled BMS and ELV Technician to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and commissioning ELV devices and BMS interfaces according to technical drawings and manufacturer guidelines. This role requires hands-on experience with ELV and BMS systems, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance on-site.

Key Responsibilities

The selected technician will handle various tasks including installing equipment, performing functional and cable certification tests, and troubleshooting systems during handover and routine operations. Additional duties involve supporting maintenance activities such as preventive checks and minor repairs. Coordination with site engineers and overseeing manpower for daily tasks will also be part of the role. Accurate documentation including daily reports, test sheets, defect logs, and handover records must be maintained. Strict adherence to safety protocols and site HSE procedures is mandatory.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or certificate in Electrical, ELV, or a related technical field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in ELV or BMS projects.
• Proficiency in cable termination, basic networking, and CCTV/access control systems setup.
• Competent use of multimeters and cable testers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to write clear, concise reports.
• Reliable team player with a dedicated work ethic.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
