Join a reputable car wash and vehicle service company based in Nad Al Hammar, Dubai. We are seeking a motivated Car Wash Sales Supervisor to lead a professional sales team and contribute to the growth of our business. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply for this role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and training the sales staff to ensure they meet daily sales targets. You will oversee all client interactions, maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent service. Managing team performance and driving sales growth are central to this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or supervisory roles within a related industry.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is preferred.
• Male candidates are preferred.
• Available for immediate employment within the UAE.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a base salary of AED 2,000 along with attractive monthly performance-based incentives, providing excellent earning potential for skilled candidates.
