Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Junior Accountant to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the automotive, spare parts, or trading sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Accountant will manage a range of accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable, processing sales and purchase invoices, and maintaining customer and supplier ledgers. They will also be responsible for bank and account reconciliation, handling cash and bank transactions, and supporting inventory and stock accounting. Additional duties include verifying purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices, as well as following up on outstanding payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of one year accounting experience, preferably in automotive, spare parts, or trading industries
• Proficient in accounts payable and receivable functions
• Experience with sales and purchase invoice processing
• Strong skills with bank reconciliation and cash management
• Familiar with inventory and stock accounting practices
• Ability to verify purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately
• Basic understanding of VAT and ZATCA regulations
• Competent with MS Excel and accounting or ERP software systems
• Good command of English with effective communication skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
