Draieh Contracting in Qatar is urgently seeking a skilled Camp Boss to oversee the management and daily operations of employee accommodations. This role requires a candidate with proven supervisory experience in camp management, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a competitive basic salary along with complimentary food, accommodation, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

The Camp Boss will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of camp facilities, supervising daily activities, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment for all camp residents. This includes coordinating with various departments to handle logistics, addressing residents’ concerns promptly, and overseeing staff performance to uphold high standards of service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Camp Boss or Supervisor in a similar setting
• Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage operations efficiently
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office suite, Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with camp staff and residents
• Knowledge of camp management procedures and standards
• Local candidates with transferable QID in Qatar preferred
• Availability for immediate joining is highly advantageous
