Available Positions and Salary Ranges
Taqueria Freedah offers competitive salaries along with the opportunity to earn tips. Open roles include:
- Waiter / Waitress: AED 3,000–4,000 plus tips
- Head Waiter / Head Waitress: AED 4,000–5,000 plus tips
- Food Runner: AED 2,000–3,000 plus tips
- Sous Chef: AED 10,000–12,000 plus tips
- Chef de Partie: AED 4,000–6,000 plus tips
- Commis: AED 2,500–3,500 plus tips
- Steward: AED 2,000–2,500 plus tips
Key Requirements
Candidates are encouraged to meet at least four of the following criteria to be considered:
- Previous experience working with Mexican or Latin American cuisine
- Fluent English language skills
- A minimum of 2 years of POS experience for front-of-house roles
- Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates
- Spanish language proficiency is an advantage
