Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Salad Maker to join our catering team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role involves preparing fresh and appealing salads while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Salad Maker will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, fruits, and proteins using appropriate kitchen tools.
• Assembling salads and preparing dressings according to standardized recipes or tailored customer preferences.
• Ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients through careful inspection and temperature monitoring.
• Maintaining a well-stocked salad station by monitoring inventory, rotating stock, and replenishing supplies.
• Cleaning and sanitizing workspaces, utensils, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Valid Food Handler Certificate.
• Experience certificate relevant to food preparation or salad making.
• Educational certificate.

Compensation and Benefits

The company offers a competitive salary of SR 1500 per month. Additional benefits include provided food, accommodation, and transportation. Employees are entitled to 42 days of paid leave after completing two years of service, including a plane ticket.
