Job Overview

We are seeking two reliable and skilled Employee Bus Drivers to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The primary role involves safely transporting staff between various work sites while maintaining timely schedules and ensuring a comfortable, secure journey for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for daily vehicle inspections, including tires, lights, and oil checks before and after each trip. They must drive safely in accordance with traffic laws and company policies, adhere to established routes and schedules, assist passengers during boarding and disembarking, especially those with special needs, and keep the bus interior clean and orderly. Reporting any mechanical issues or delays to supervisors or dispatch is essential to maintaining efficient operations. Ensuring that passenger capacity limits are followed is also a critical part of this job.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and aid passengers effectively.
• Excellent punctuality and proven safe driving history.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
• Availability to start immediately.
