Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified QA/QC Engineer specializing in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on pressurized water transmission lines or pump station projects, with a strong understanding of QA/QC procedures across electrical, mechanical, and civil disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves conducting and witnessing thorough QA/QC inspections related to electrical and instrumentation works, ensuring adherence to all project specifications and standards. You will review engineering drawings, coordinate quality measures with multidisciplinary teams, and manage inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. Close collaboration with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams is essential to support commissioning, resolve punch-list items, and facilitate project handovers. Compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems is a critical part of daily duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven QA/QC experience in projects involving pressurized water transmission lines and pump stations.
• Strong technical background in Electrical and Instrumentation works with knowledge of associated mechanical and civil quality control practices.
• Familiarity with managing NCRs, CARs, inspection and test plans, and testing protocols.
• Ability to interpret multidisciplinary engineering drawings and project specifications accurately.
• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
