Job Overview

We are urgently looking to hire a dedicated Talent Development Officer to join our team in Qatar. This role involves driving effective learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR, particularly within Learning and Development, and a passion for fostering professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

The main focus of this position includes designing, planning, and coordinating training sessions tailored to organizational needs. You will manage Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring smooth execution of performance reviews and alignment with company goals. Building employee competencies through targeted development programs will be a critical part of your role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Learning and Development or Human Resources.
• Experience in healthcare HR will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
• Proven ability to coordinate training programs and performance management activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must currently reside in Qatar with a transferable QID.
