We are seeking a skilled and certified Lifting Supervisor to join ongoing projects in Qatar. This role requires extensive experience in planning, overseeing, and ensuring the safety of lifting operations within a busy project environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in lifting supervision along with recognized certifications to guarantee compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Lifting Supervisor will be responsible for effectively managing all lifting activities on-site. This includes planning and supervising lifting operations to ensure they are performed safely and efficiently. The role involves conducting toolbox talks and regular site inspections to maintain safety awareness among the team. Additionally, the supervisor will verify that lifting equipment and rigging gear meet required safety standards and coordinate closely with crane operators and riggers to facilitate smooth execution of lifting tasks.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Certified with TÜV PTS Standard and LEEA qualifications
• Proven expertise in lifting supervision with at least 3 years in a certified role
• Minimum of 10 years overall experience in relevant industrial environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills to conduct safety briefings and coordinate teams
• In-depth knowledge of lifting plans, equipment inspection, and rigging procedures
