Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Site Civil Foreman to oversee infrastructure projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience working within the GCC, demonstrating strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of civil works, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety on site. This role requires fluent communication in Arabic or Hindi, with English proficiency being essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site.
• Ensure all work complies strictly with project drawings and technical specifications.
• Provide clear direction and support to workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators to optimize site performance.
• Monitor and maintain productivity, quality control, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and report progress updates and on-site requirements to the Site Engineer and Project Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in GCC infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in MS Office applications for reporting and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD to interpret site drawings is preferred.
• Strong leadership abilities paired with excellent supervision and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic or Hindi, with mandatory English language skills for effective coordination.
