Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Dredging Crew member to join a leading marine construction team in Qatar. This is a permanent role where you will support daily dredging operations and assist with marine construction activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dredging projects, a good understanding of equipment handling, and a commitment to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

As a part of the dredging crew, you will work closely with supervisors to ensure smooth operations. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with day-to-day dredging and marine construction tasks.
• Supporting the operation and handling of dredging equipment, including pipelines and hoses.
• Helping to position, connect, and maintain dredging pipelines effectively.
• Performing basic cleaning, inspection, and routine maintenance of equipment to ensure ongoing performance.
• Strictly adhering to health, safety, and environmental procedures on site.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment throughout the project duration.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should bring the following qualifications to the role:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in dredging or marine construction.
• Basic knowledge of dredging operations and marine equipment handling.
• Physical fitness to work in demanding marine and site conditions.
• Strong teamwork abilities and effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as project needs require.
