Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Fleet Maintenance Technician to take charge of the technical upkeep of our fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment in Al Jubail. The ideal candidate will lead a team of mechanics, ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks are carried out efficiently to keep the fleet safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning issues across a variety of vehicles and equipment. Managing and supervising the maintenance team, you will plan maintenance schedules, oversee both workshop and field repairs, and ensure high-quality workmanship on all completed repairs. Additionally, you will handle vehicle breakdowns, coordinate with external workshops when specialized repairs are needed, and maintain detailed maintenance records.

Required Skills and Experience

The successful candidate should hold a diploma or technical qualification in Automobile, Automotive, Mechanical, or a related field. You must bring at least five years of hands-on experience with fleet and equipment maintenance, including working knowledge of cars, pickups, trucks, boom trucks, forklifts, and other heavy machinery. Proven leadership skills in managing mechanics and helpers, strong diagnostic abilities, and the capacity to independently oversee repair processes are essential. Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred, along with a transferable Iqama.
