We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef or Demi Chef with expertise in cake making and French pastry to join our culinary team in Bahrain. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 350 to 370 BHD, along with accommodation, transportation, and insurance benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and create a variety of cakes and French pastries with high quality and attention to detail.
• Assist in managing pastry kitchen operations and maintaining consistency in product presentation.
• Ensure all ingredients and supplies are used efficiently and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert menu items and seasonal specials.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in pastry preparation, especially cakes and French-style pastries.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
