Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Interface Coordinator with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing and processing work permits within industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience coordinating with key entities such as Marafiq, Aramco, and the Royal Commission (RC), ensuring smooth operations across multiple contracts and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires managing work permit processes efficiently, facilitating collaboration between various stakeholders, and overseeing interface management across multiple contractors. The Interface Coordinator will play a crucial part in maintaining compliance with industrial permit-to-work (PTW) systems and coordinating activities in complex industrial settings.

Required Skills

• Proficient knowledge of industrial Permit to Work (PTW) systems
• Strong capability in interface management and multi-contractor coordination
• Experience working with Marafiq, Aramco, and Royal Commission (RC) regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working within the Yanbu or Jubail industrial areas will be considered a significant advantage, given the specific regulatory and operational environment.
