Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer or Site Supervisor to oversee a refurbishment and interior fit-out project. This role calls for a hands-on professional capable of managing day-to-day site activities while ensuring smooth coordination between subcontractors, labor teams, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of fit-out, refurbishment, and civil works on site. This includes interpreting drawings, supervising civil, fit-out, and MEP operations, ensuring quality standards, monitoring progress, and conducting site measurements. Preparing bills of quantities (BOQs), performing quantity take-offs, and basic quantity surveying will also be part of the daily tasks. Additionally, reporting any project issues and handling snagging processes through final handover are crucial to the position.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong practical experience in site execution, particularly within fit-out and refurbishment projects, is essential. Familiarity with civil works, MEP coordination, and quantity surveying practices is highly valued. While formal degrees or certifications are not mandatory, in-depth technical knowledge and proven ability to manage site operations are critical. Experience working in Bahrain or the GCC region is preferred, alongside a valid driving license for site mobility.
