Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies tailored to the business support and construction sectors in Bahrain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and construction clients to understand their needs and present effective solutions.
• Manage and grow sales pipelines while consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Communicate professionally and effectively across all levels, maintaining loyalty to company goals and integrity in all business interactions.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of the Bahrain commercial market, especially in business consultancy/support services and construction activities.
• Excellent command of written, spoken, and listening English, with professional communication skills.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to work under pressure and deliver measurable results.

Position Details

• Probation period lasts for 3 months, with successful completion leading to work visa provision.
• Competitive base salary plus attractive commissions tied to monthly sales performance.
