Top Speed Operations & Maintenance is seeking a dependable and skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team in Dammam. We specialize in providing reliable facility maintenance services, ensuring that every space we handle remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role demands a versatile individual capable of managing various maintenance tasks efficiently across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of maintenance duties, including:

• Performing civil maintenance activities such as repairs, plastering, flooring, and tiling.
• Carrying out electrical work involving wiring, light installation, and troubleshooting.
• Handling both interior and exterior painting assignments, including touch-ups.
• Installing fixtures and completing general repair and installation tasks as needed.
• Working independently to complete assigned tasks on time and to a high standard.
• Traveling between different work sites within the region as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience in diverse maintenance works covering civil, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining safety and quality.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license and the capability to drive to various work locations.
• Strong reliability, a hardworking attitude, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred.

Work Environment

You will be part of a professional team that values safety and high-quality workmanship. The role requires visiting different facilities and adapting to diverse working conditions across Dammam and Khobar areas.
