Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team in Qatar as a Head Barista and Barista. These roles require candidates with solid experience in coffee preparation and bar operations, ideally with prior work experience in Qatar. Immediate joiners are preferred, and candidates must be ready to transfer their visa and stay in company-provided accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily coffee bar activities (Head Barista)
• Prepare a variety of coffee recipes and beverages to high standards
• Maintain smooth bar operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the team to uphold quality and safety standards
• Support baristas and assist in training where necessary (Head Barista)

Required Skills and Experience

• Head Barista candidates must have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role
• At least 1 year of relevant barista experience within Qatar for both positions
• Strong leadership skills are essential for the Head Barista
• Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and beverage presentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a team focus
• Being an immediate joiner is mandatory

Additional Requirements

Applicants must be willing to transfer their visa and reside in company accommodation. Demonstrable experience specific to the Qatar market is a critical requirement; therefore, candidates without the required Qatar experience will not be considered.
