Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations related to rebar steel cutting and bending to meet production targets.
• Lead and manage the team, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are strictly maintained.
• Oversee the use and maintenance of rebar bending machines and cutting equipment.
• Coordinate workflow and resolve any issues to prevent delays or quality deviations.
• Promote a productive work environment by communicating effectively and fostering problem-solving among team members.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in rebar steel cut and bend operations.
• Proven track record as a supervisor or foreman within steel fabrication or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of rebar bending machinery and cutting techniques.
• Ability to lead a team while ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills to handle operational challenges.
• Experience working in the UAE is considered a plus.
