We are looking for a skilled and experienced chef to join our new broasted chicken, zinger, and shawarma restaurant opening soon in Jeddah. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in fast-food preparation, particularly in broasted chicken, burgers, and shawarma dishes.

Key Responsibilities

The chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality broasted chicken using proper marination, seasoning, and frying techniques to ensure crispy and flavorful results. Expertise in preparing zinger chicken, including marination and creating crispy fillets, as well as assembling well-presented burgers and special sauces, is essential. Additionally, the role involves handling chicken shawarma preparation, operating shawarma machines, skillfully slicing meat, and preparing wraps and sandwiches with various sauces such as garlic sauce.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working with broasted chicken, zinger, and shawarma in fast-food settings
• Strong knowledge of food preparation steps and kitchen operations related to these dishes
• Consistency in taste and food quality maintenance
• Attention to hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Efficient portion control to minimize waste
• Ability to collaborate well within a team environment
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Valid Iqama and transferable sponsorship are advantageous
