Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled chef experienced in preparing authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine, with a focus on various regional biryani specialties including Hyderabadi, Kolkata, and Muradabadi biryani. This role is based in Riyadh and is open to local candidates residing in the Batha area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook traditional Indian and Pakistani dishes, especially different varieties of biryani that meet the restaurant’s quality standards.
• Manage kitchen operations ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient cooking process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Indian and Pakistani culinary arts with a specialty in biryani preparation.
• Must hold a valid iqama and Baladiya Card.
• Local candidates from the Batha, Riyadh area preferred.
