Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This leadership role requires a candidate with a strong background in food safety and quality management within the food industry, preferably with exposure to the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with international quality standards while overseeing the quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to guarantee product safety and quality standards.
• Lead and manage the quality control team to uphold rigorous inspection and testing protocols.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO, BRC, SFDA, SASO, and other relevant food safety and quality certifications.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to address quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and communicate effectively with management and regulatory bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a closely related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality control management, with a total of 6+ years in the food industry.
• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience within the Middle East region, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing sectors.
• Fluent in Arabic with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and standards relevant to the region and industry.
