Job Overview

Western International Group is seeking a dedicated Field Trainer to join our team in Ajman. This role involves delivering comprehensive training programs to store staff, enhancing their skills in customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures. The Field Trainer will play a key role in aligning team performance with company standards through on-the-job coaching and classroom sessions.

Key Responsibilities

The Field Trainer will be responsible for conducting both induction and ongoing training for new and existing employees. This covers essential areas such as product knowledge, standard operating procedures (SOP), customer service excellence, and store operations. Traveling between assigned stores to deliver hands-on coaching and training sessions is a critical part of this position. Additionally, the trainer will assess staff performance, identify areas that need improvement, and offer refresher courses when necessary.

Coordinating training schedules in collaboration with Store Managers and HR is vital to ensure smooth program implementation. The role also includes tracking attendance, monitoring training completion rates, conducting assessments, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. Maintaining detailed training records, Management Information System (MIS) reports, and other documentation is required to measure progress and compliance. Support for Retail Academy batches and coordination with Learning & Development teams, alongside store operations, are also integral responsibilities. Regular feedback will be provided to enhance the training materials and delivery methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in conducting training sessions, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage schedules, documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to travel frequently to various store locations across Ajman.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on training quality and effectiveness assessment.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with store managers, HR, and L&D teams.

Work Environment

This position is based out of the Mark & Save Management Office located in Black Square Building, Al Rashidiya 1, Ajman. The role requires regular travel between store sites, offering a dynamic and interactive work setting focused on retail excellence.
