Job Overview

Ibtisamat Dejlah Dental Clinic, located in Al Khan, Sharjah, is seeking a warm and professional Female Receptionist to become a valuable part of our team. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills to ensure a welcoming environment for our patients and smooth administrative operations.

Working Hours and Salary

The working schedule is from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Fridays off each week. The position offers a salary of AED 3,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
• Managing appointment schedules and coordinating patient bookings efficiently
• Handling incoming calls and responding to inquiries with a courteous attitude
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring confidentiality
• Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a clinic environment is preferred
• Immediate availability will be highly considered
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor
