Fanzone Café, located on Al Muntasir Road near Choithram Manar Mall in Ras Al Khaimah, is urgently seeking two skilled Baristas to join their team immediately. This role offers a competitive salary based on experience and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

As part of your daily duties, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages with an emphasis on specialty coffee. Your expertise in espresso-based drinks, steaming milk, and basic latte art techniques will ensure quality and consistency for every order. Working efficiently under pressure, you will maintain a clean and welcoming café environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of barista experience in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of coffee preparation, including specialty blends and espresso drinks.
• Proficient in milk steaming and basic latte art skills.
• Previous experience working in a café setting within the UAE.
• Ability to work quickly and handle busy periods with ease.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Well-groomed, respectful, and committed to the role.
• Currently residing in Ras Al Khaimah or nearby areas.
• Available to start immediately.

Additional Information

The position welcomes candidates from various nationalities; however, applicants from Egypt or Pakistan will not be considered. Priority will be given to applicants currently based in Ras Al Khaimah and those who can join without delay.
