We are actively seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Dubai. The primary role involves engaging with potential customers over the phone, driving sales, and fostering strong customer relationships to support our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and courteously
• Effectively present and promote products or services to prospective clients
• Close sales and meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Filipina or Indian nationality preferred
• Strong communication skills with a clear and engaging phone presence
• Previous experience in telesales or a customer-facing sales role is an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate and work in Dubai
