Al Tawasut Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and motivated Manpower Procurement Executive to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manpower supply, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation capabilities. This position requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring manpower according to project requirements. You will coordinate closely with suppliers, recruitment agencies, and sourcing partners to ensure timely and efficient manpower mobilization. Additionally, this role involves negotiating rates and commercial terms while maintaining solid relationships with manpower vendors. Monitoring market rates to identify trustworthy manpower sources is also a critical function.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE manpower supply industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE manpower supply market and recruitment sourcing strategies.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory for effective communication.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate availability will be preferred.
