ALGHURAiRmep LLC is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Estimation and Design Engineer to join their team. This pivotal role demands a thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with extensive experience in estimation and design within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and designing MEP systems including HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and electrical components. Managing multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring all deliverables meet UAE standards and regulations is critical. Coordination with regulatory authorities such as DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, Trakhees, and the Dubai Development Authority will also be part of the daily functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in MEP estimation and design, with significant exposure to the UAE market.
• In-depth knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and approval procedures.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and estimation software including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills along with excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines effectively.
