Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to oversee the organization’s financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all monetary transactions, including fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits, and budget preparation, ensuring the company’s financial health is accurately maintained and reported.

Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will play a vital role in maintaining precise financial records and ensuring smooth financial processes. Core duties include:

• Handling all accounting transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Preparing detailed budget forecasts to support financial planning.
• Publishing timely financial statements to reflect the company’s position.
• Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Reconciling accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy in records.
• Ensuring on-time payments to banks and other parties.
• Calculating taxes and preparing comprehensive tax returns in compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining balance sheets and profit/loss statements for financial transparency.
• Providing clear reports on liquidity and overall financial stability.
• Auditing financial transactions and reviewing documents for compliance and accuracy.
• Safeguarding financial data confidentiality and performing database backups as necessary.
• Adhering strictly to internal policies and external financial regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accountant with a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to handle multiple financial tasks accurately under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Familiarity with UAE tax laws and financial regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 4500 AED to 6000 AED, depending on experience. Additional benefits include visa sponsorship and other employment perks.
