Job Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Accountant to manage comprehensive accounting processes independently. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with bookkeeping through to financial finalization, demonstrating expertise in both manual and digital accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves managing essential accounting duties including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger maintenance, journal entries, accrual accounting, payroll, depreciation schedules, inventory control, and reconciliation tasks. The candidate must also handle VAT processes diligently and ensure compliance with all related formalities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Tally Prime or Tally ERP, with a strong grasp of manual accounting procedures
- Effective organization skills for document filing and record-keeping
- Ability to prepare accurate periodic financial and management reports promptly
- Experience coordinating with external auditors and providing required documentation
- Strong multitasking capability and attention to detail
- Solid command of English and familiarity with MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
Requirements
Applicants must have good communication skills in English and be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines. Prior exposure to VAT compliance and accounting finalization independently is essential for this position.
Compensation
