Job Overview

ANMAT is seeking a skilled BMS Technician with hands-on expertise in Schneider Building Management Systems (BMS) to join their team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

The technician will be tasked with a range of duties including:

• Performing testing and commissioning of Schneider BMS.
• Installing and replacing BMS field devices efficiently.
• Conducting troubleshooting and repair of field devices and controllers.
• Executing preventive maintenance to ensure system longevity.
• Calibrating and verifying field devices for accurate operation.
• Handling BMS panel and controller diagnostics.
• Performing point-to-point testing, wiring, and termination of BMS components.
• Reading and interpreting BMS drawings and schematics to guide work.
• Managing site-based installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with Schneider BMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of BMS wiring, termination, and field device installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and techniques for BMS calibration and verification.
• Competency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and system documentation.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report progress.
