Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Engineer – Architect to join a leading contracting company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in architecture and construction, particularly within major construction firms working on large-scale building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate effectively across multiple disciplines to achieve seamless project execution.
• Manage architectural submittals, method statements, and Requests for Information (RFIs) with precision and detail.
• Ensure the correct application and specification of architectural and finishing materials across projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Between 10 to 15 years of technical experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience working with major construction companies on large-scale building developments.
• Strong expertise in architectural shop drawings and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Advanced knowledge of architectural and finishing materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM) is preferred.
• Solid understanding of construction documentation, including submittals, method statements, and RFIs.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dammam or Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
