Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth management of services and personnel. The Camp Boss will manage camp facilities, supervise residents, coordinate logistics, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in either soft service management or camp operations
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet immediate joining requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Qatar’s work environment and operational standards is preferred
