Job Overview

We are seeking skilled freelance BIM professionals to join our team in Riyadh immediately. This urgent hiring drive includes positions for Mechanical BIM Modelers, an Electrical BIM Modeler, and a BIM Coordinator. If you have strong expertise in Revit MEP and BIM modeling, along with a solid understanding of MEP coordination, we want to hear from you. This freelance role comes with company-provided accommodation and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models for mechanical and electrical systems using Revit MEP.
• Coordinate MEP shop drawings to ensure clash-free installations and accurate project documentation.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve coordination issues and maintain project standards.
• Manage BIM workflows and support project delivery as a BIM Coordinator.
• Work independently to meet project deadlines and maintain high quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in Revit MEP with a focus on BIM modeling for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination techniques and production of shop drawings.
• Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
• Immediate availability to join and start work in Riyadh.
