We are seeking a skilled Manpower Specialist to oversee recruitment, mobilization, and workforce coordination for large-scale industrial projects in Jubail. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and proven experience supporting high-profile clients in the oil, gas, and industrial sectors.

Experience working with leading companies such as Saudi Aramco or SABIC is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

The Manpower Specialist will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of manpower deployment, including recruitment and selection of skilled and unskilled workers. This role demands coordination of all related activities such as visa processing, medical examinations, and ensuring site access approvals are in place.

Maintaining strict compliance with Saudi Labor Law and government platforms like Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI is essential. The specialist will also manage the manpower database, monitor attendance and payroll preparations, and prepare regular reports for project stakeholders. In addition, the role involves close communication with clients and project teams to ensure manpower requirements align with operational demands, as well as handling workforce replacement and demobilization efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience coordinating manpower within Saudi Arabia, preferably in Jubail’s industrial sector.
• Strong familiarity with industrial trades such as welders, pipefitters, electricians, and riggers.
• Experience with shutdown and turnaround manpower management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage high-volume manpower operations.
