Job Overview

We are currently seeking ten skilled BIM Engineers specialized in Mechanical disciplines to join a prestigious Giga Construction Project based in Riyadh. This on-site role offers a six-month contract with the possibility of renewal depending on project needs. Successful candidates will play a key role in the development and coordination of highly detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design models, ensuring seamless collaboration across all design areas.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and updating detailed MEP models using Autodesk Revit. Coordination with architectural, structural, and site engineering teams will be essential, facilitated through clash detection and model integration practices using Navisworks. Additional duties include generating technical drawings, managing model submissions, and maintaining accurate documentation via project management platforms such as Aconex or CDE. Candidates will also extract quantity take-offs and prepare material schedules directly from BIM models, while performing thorough quality assurance to uphold design accuracy and model consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BIM or MEP coordination roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks software.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Saudi Iqama (Resident Permit) and comprehensive health insurance.
• Ready to work full-time onsite at the Riyadh project office.
• Availability to start within one week of selection.

Applicants must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and hold a valid Iqama.
