Appexx Technologies is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai. This role focuses on driving sales and business growth within the Point of Sale (POS) and Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing business development strategies to expand client base across POS and AIDC technologies.
• Building and sustaining strong relationships with business clients in Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, and Enterprise sectors.
• Identifying new market opportunities and driving sales growth in the UAE market.
• Collaborating with technical teams to align customer needs with company offerings.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2–3 years of proven experience in selling POS, AIDC, or IT hardware and software solutions.
• Strong background in B2B sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, networking, and customer relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with the UAE market and possession of a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Experience working with clients in Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, or large Enterprises is advantageous.
