Key Responsibilities

As a Production Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and oversee the entire production schedule to ensure timely delivery of bespoke furniture projects.
• Manage and verify Bill of Materials (BOM) to maintain accuracy in production planning.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to review and understand shop drawings for manufacturing.
• Utilize ERP systems to track progress, inventory, and workflow efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality control, and logistics to maintain seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in production coordination or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, including managing BOMs and interpreting shop drawings.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software to streamline workflow and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to liaison effectively with different departments.
