Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and proven expertise in inspection and quality assurance, particularly within Saudi Aramco projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing third-party inspection activities, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, and qualifying Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) for various material grades. The role requires detailed knowledge of manufacturing and repair processes in accordance with ASME certifications and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory ASNT Level II certification in MT, PT, UT, and RT.
• CSWIP 3.1 certification with hands-on experience in qualifying PQR for materials such as duplex, super duplex, Monel, and cladded, following ASME SEC IX and AWS D1.1 standards.
• Demonstrated experience working on Saudi Aramco projects, including third-party inspection and a strong understanding of SAMSS, SAES, and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Familiarity with ASME codes and standards, specifically related to Pressure Vessel manufacturing and repairs under “U” and “R” stamp requirements.
• Additional certifications such as API 510 and BGAS are considered advantageous.
