Job Overview

Castle Rocks Marble LLC, located in Industrial Area 17, Sharjah, is seeking experienced professionals to join their team. We have openings for two Sales Managers and four Sales Executives with expertise in marble and granite sales, specifically those with project handling experience within the UAE market. This is a full-time position requiring candidates to be conversant in English, Hindi, or Arabic and have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive business plans that drive sales growth, revenue targets, and cost control measures. Your role includes setting individual sales targets, monitoring progress, and ensuring that organizational sales goals are met. You will oversee the performance of the sales team, coordinate closely with the marketing department for lead generation, and facilitate ongoing training and development to enhance team capabilities.

Sales Executives will focus on promoting company products, managing client relationships, and supporting project sales. Both roles require a thorough understanding of customer needs and market trends related to marble and granite products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in marble and granite sales with project handling in the UAE.
• Strong leadership and team management skills for Sales Managers.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Arabic.
• Ability to meet sales targets and develop effective sales strategies.
• Familiarity with coordinating between the sales team, marketing, and accounts departments.

Work Environment

This role is based in Sharjah, providing an opportunity to be part of a dynamic company specializing in the marble and granite industry. Candidates will work in close coordination with the General Manager and accounts department to ensure smooth business operations.
