Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction and Project Coordination Engineer available locally in Bahrain for an 8-month contract. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of extensive experience in construction project coordination, site execution, and stakeholder management to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires effective coordination between multiple parties including clients, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. You will be responsible for overseeing project execution, conducting drawing and document reviews, performing construction inspections, and ensuring compliance with quality requirements and contract specifications. Additionally, managing welding inspections and applying knowledge of inspection standards will be beneficial.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination and execution.
• Strong track record in managing site coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Proficient understanding of construction contracts, inspection procedures, and quality standards.
• Experience with drawing/document review and construction site inspections.
• Welding inspection expertise with CSWIP Level 2 certification is a plus.
• Basic electrical works knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to independently oversee overall project coordination to achieve timely completion.
