We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team in Bahrain, offering roles as a Barista, Waiter, and Driver within the catering and food services sector. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, ensuring quality beverage and food presentation, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Barista: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and cold beverages following established company standards. Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment to ensure consistent quality and safety. Manage inventory levels and notify supervisors of any shortages. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Waiter: Welcome customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and input them into the point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring dining areas are tidy and well-organized. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Collaborate closely with kitchen and barista teams to guarantee order accuracy and timely service.

Driver: Deliver café orders, food, and beverages safely and punctually to customers, suppliers, and company locations. Ensure careful handling of delivered items, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any maintenance issues promptly. Follow assigned routes efficiently and comply with traffic laws and company safety protocols, providing polite and professional service during deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in coffee preparation and equipment operation for the Barista role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential for both Barista and Waiter positions.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a clean working environment.
• Good driving record and familiarity with local routes for the Driver position.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
• Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
