IGA, part of the Aamina Group, is looking to hire a Sales Associate for their retail location at The Avenues, Kuwait. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with prior experience in sales, ready to contribute to a dynamic retail environment. Candidates must be residing within Kuwait and meet specific requirements related to nationality and visa status.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, driving sales, and maintaining the store’s presentation standards. Providing excellent service, handling transactions, and supporting the overall sales strategy are essential duties.

Requirements

• Filipino female candidates aged between 25 and 30 years
• Current visa under category 18 with a transferable status
• Proven experience in a similar sales or retail role
• Fluency in two languages is mandatory
• Availability to work 9 hours per day with one day off per week
• Must be ready to join immediately

Benefits and Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary of 300 KD along with all other benefits in compliance with Kuwait labor law. The working environment is conducive to growth within a reputable retail setting.
