We are urgently seeking a skilled Garage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within an oil and gas setting in Qatar. This role requires hands-on experience managing garage activities ensuring maintenance and repairs meet industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of field experience in the oil and gas sector, combined with a technical diploma or engineering background.

Key Responsibilities

As a Garage Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising workshop teams, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will ensure efficient vehicle servicing, timely repairs, and maintenance that align with operational standards specific to oil and gas environments.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a garage supervisory role within the oil and gas industry
• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related technical field
• Strong organizational and team management capabilities
• Thorough understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures in industrial settings
• Ability to enforce safety practices and maintain high-quality work standards
