Job Overview
Bin Yaber Driving Institute is seeking a skilled Purchase Executive to join their team at the Al Ruwaiyyah headquarters. We are looking for candidates who have proven expertise in vendor management, budgeting, procurement, negotiation, and documentation with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. UAE work experience is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of materials ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing
- Handle vendor relationships and conduct negotiations to achieve the best terms and prices
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to purchasing activities
- Develop and monitor budgets related to procurement tasks
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing and procurement
- Previous experience working in the UAE market is essential
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation
