Job Overview

Mai Dubai is inviting experienced sales professionals to join their team as Route Sales Representatives (Van Sales) through an upcoming walk-in interview in Dubai. This role focuses on managing product delivery and sales directly to customers, ensuring excellent service and timely distribution within the assigned route.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include handling the delivery of Mai Dubai’s products to clients, maintaining strong relationships with customers on your route, and achieving sales targets. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for efficient stock management, accurate order processing, and communicating effectively with clients to promote brand loyalty.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field or van sales role
• Proven ability in product handling and successful deliveries
• Strong communication and customer service skills to build lasting client rapport
• Valid UAE manual driving license (Category 3, 4, or 6) essential for operating sales vehicles

Additional Opportunities

Mai Dubai is also recruiting for related positions, including Assistant Route Sales Representatives to support field sales and delivery activities, and Maintenance Technicians experienced in water or beverage production equipment. Immediate joiners will be given priority for all roles.
