We are currently inviting applications for multiple positions, including registered nurses, female call center staff, and female receptionists. Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

Registered Nurses (5 Positions)

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the clinic setting
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with medical staff
• Assist with clinical procedures and patient follow-ups
• Promote a compassionate and professional approach to patient care

Female Call Center Staff (2 Positions)

• Manage incoming patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Deliver excellent customer service through multiple languages including Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, and Bengali
• Utilize computer and communication tools such as WhatsApp for efficient patient interaction

Female Receptionists (2 Positions)

• Greet and assist patients professionally upon arrival
• Communicate clearly in Arabic and English, with additional languages considered a plus
• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain appointment schedules
• Ensure a welcoming and organized front desk experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

For Registered Nurses:

• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience with valid professional registration
• Strong patient care and teamwork skills
• Previous clinic or hospital experience preferred
• Filipino nurses are preferred

For Call Center Staff and Receptionists:

• Prior experience in call center, customer service, or medical reception advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competency with computers and messaging apps
• Female applicants from Bangladesh, India, or Pakistan are encouraged to apply
• Multilingual abilities including Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, or Bengali are highly valued
