Job Overview

SMASCON, a prominent manpower supply and construction services provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking qualified professionals for specialized quality control inspector roles. We are inviting applications from candidates holding transferable Iqamas, approved by Saudi Aramco, with relevant certifications. The hiring is aimed at supporting ongoing projects in Dammam.

Available Positions

• Piping QC Inspector – 3 vacancies
• Welding QC Inspector – 3 vacancies

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring quality standards in piping and welding processes on-site, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with Aramco project requirements. The roles demand thorough documentation and adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must be Aramco approved and CBT certified
• Valid relevant quality control certifications for piping or welding inspections
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory to apply

Employment and Transfer Details

The hiring process includes Iqama transfer arrangements with the following terms: the employee will receive 70% of the salary, while 30% will be deducted by SMASCON as the employer, covering Iqama renewal and associated expenses. SMASCON assumes full responsibility for renewing the Iqama annually.

Company Documentation

SMASCON holds all necessary legal documents to facilitate smooth hiring and transfer processes. These include the Aramco Vendor Code, Chamber of Commerce registration, Ajeer membership, and other essential certifications.
